Available for sale from our Brighton showroom is this June 2017 Ferrari 488 GTB covering 14000 miles from new (Cat-S). Category S Insurance Loss details: We took stock of this 488 in January 2024 as an HPI Clear vehicle. As part of our sales preparation we subcontracted a logistics company to transport the vehicle to HR Owen Ferrari London for service and inspection. When loading, an incident occurred whereby the front lower bumper was cracked and dislodged from the body also damaging one of the headlight mountings. A claim was submitted to our insurers however due to the parts being unavailable at that time and potential time-off-the-road cost, a total loss decision was made. Our company elected to retain the lightly damaged vehicle in exchange for a reduced payout. We consequently arranged for repairs to be made at our cosmetic prep centre before sending the vehicle once again to HR Owen for service and inspection.
